By using Terasu, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Description of Service

Terasu is a free, open-source tool for ranking items through pairwise comparisons. The service is provided "as is" without warranty.

3. Your Account

If you create an account (by signing in with Google):

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You are responsible for all activity under your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service

4. Your Data

You own your data. Terasu does not claim any ownership of the items you create or compare. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
Interfere with other users' use of the service
Upload malicious content

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep Terasu available but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be:

Temporarily unavailable for maintenance
Modified or discontinued at any time

Your local data is always accessible even when offline.

7. Limitation of Liability

Terasu is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:

Loss of data
Interruption of service
Any damages resulting from use of the service

We recommend regular backups of important data using the export feature.

Terasu is open source under the MIT License. You can view, fork, and contribute to the code on GitHub.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
